The service was outstanding—the provider was incredibly polite, kind, and supportive, guiding me through the VR experience step by step. He even pointed out the perfect time to see the Northern Lights in the VR show, which made the moment truly magical.

We discovered this VR activity inside the souvenir shop near Saga Gift Shop in Santa Claus Village, and it turned out to be one of the highlights for our child!

Felt like a kid again 👍👍 Tour was very well organised and run. Friendly reindeer, Paris, kept wanting to walk beside our sleigh although he was supposed to be behind us😁. Limited Northern Lights sightings during the ride and around the campfire where we bbq sausages. But wonderful sightings back at the starting point both before and after the sleigh ride.
